Write to usIt helps if you include
- Your order number, if you have one. It’s in your confirmation email.
- The email address you used to order or preview.
- For a damaged or wrong book, a photo of the problem.
- For a gift, the name of the person giving it or the parent.
Please don’t email us your child’s photo. Upload it in the preview, where it’s stored privately and deleted on a timer.

- Where’s my order?
- Open the link in your order confirmation email. It shows where your book is, from making the pages to the tracking number. Track an order
- Something’s wrong with my book
- Send us a photo of the problem within 30 days of delivery and we’ll reprint it free. Keep the first one. The reprint promise
- Delete my photos
- Use the “delete everything” link in your preview email, or write to us. Photos are deleted within 72 hours of upload, or sooner when you approve the drawing, regardless. Photo privacy
