You approve one drawing of your child before we make anything else. Every page is made from it, and a person checks each book for likeness before it prints.

We print each book to order. It’s printed in 3–6 business days after you approve (7–10 in the holiday rush), then 7–8 days in the post with tracking. The shipping is already in the price.
Photos deleted on a timer
We use your photo for your book and nothing else, and delete it within 72 hours of upload, or sooner when you approve the drawing. You can delete it yourself before then.
Reprinted if it’s wrong
If the book doesn’t match what you approved, or it arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days and we’ll print another at no cost. A photo of the problem is enough. You don’t post the book back.
The reprint, in plain words
Send us a photo of the problem within 30 days of delivery. We reply within one business day and print a new copy at no cost. Keep the first one.
