Questions about this one
Is it the real poem?
Its best-loved lines are kept word for word: “’Twas the night before Christmas”, the eight reindeer, the bowlful of jelly, and “Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night.” The rest is new verse, in the same rhythm, so your child can be in it.
Why isn’t my child’s name in the rhymes?
Names have different lengths, and any name squeezed into a rhyme would break its rhythm. So your child tells the story as “I”, and St. Nick says your child’s name out loud, in the title and on the gift tag at the end.
Is Rudolph in it?
No. The poem has Moore’s eight reindeer, from Dasher to Blitzen, and so does our book.
Can siblings be in the same book?
Not yet. Each book has one child in it for now. Plenty of families order one book per child, and you get 25% off each additional book in the same order.
Can I change the dedication later?
Yes, right up until you approve the finished book. After that it goes to the printer.
